Business visas: Nature and Purpose

A Business visas is sometimes referred to as “Business visitor” visa or “Tourist Business” visa. It is designed for business people who wish to come to the United States for a short stay.   • Convincing proof that the purpose of the travel is for a limited period required for some business activitity or for pleasure or both business and pleasure.

The grant of Business visas is the sole discretion of the US Consular official. The decision is based upon the evaluation of the documents conducted by the U.S. Consular official. In case of denial of the visa application, the law provides no appeal from the decision of the U.S. Consular Official.
